Villa Manihi is an elegant and spacious 6-bedroom residence, located in São Rafael, perfect for families or groups seeking comfort, leisure and an unforgettable stay in the Algarve.



The living and dining room offers a welcoming and bright environment, ideal for relaxing and sharing family moments.



On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed en suite with shower, a bedroom with two single beds en suite with shower and a service bathroom.



On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, both en suite with shower, guaranteeing privacy and comfort.



In the attic, there is a room with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower, perfect for guests who appreciate a more private space.



On the lower floor, there is a bedroom with two bunk beds and a bathroom with a shower, ideal for children or larger groups.



The kitchen is fully equipped, ready to prepare family meals, and the exterior offers a heated swimming pool (additional cost), surrounded by gardens and a barbecue area ideal for outdoor dining.



The villa also has a games room with billiards, table tennis, table football and a cinema room, ensuring entertainment for all ages.

The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €250 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 14 guests.

From the 15th to the 20th guest, an additional charge will be levied which includes an extra bed.



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
