This spacious property is located in one of the most sought-after areas of Albufeira by young people and groups looking to make the most of the beach, restaurants, bars and nightlife without needing to use a car.



Outside, the property offers a fantastic private swimming pool of 4x6 metres, 6 sun loungers and space to relax in the Algarve sun. There is also a large outdoor table, perfect for outdoor meals, and a lounge area for summer gatherings.



Inside, the villa has a comfortable living room with sofas and television. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, juicer, extractor fan and coffee machine, offering everything needed for a practical and comfortable stay.



The four bedrooms have been carefully prepared to accommodate large groups with comfort and functionality:



• One en-suite bedroom with bathtub and double bed

• One en-suite bedroom with shower and two single beds

• One bedroom with two single beds

• One bedroom with bunk bed



The property has two complete bathrooms, integrated into the suites, and a half guest bathroom.



All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.



Casa Rosa is ideal for groups of young people, friends and lively summer holidays, thanks to its proximity to Oura Beach, bars, restaurants and the famous Albufeira nightlife. As it is located next to the English Strip, there may be some typical ambient noise from the area at night.

• There is a device on the property that monitors noise levels to ensure the well-being of neighbours.



Non-compliance with the following rules may result in an additional charge:

• Damage caused by misuse or negligence.

• Smoking inside the property.

• Presence of guests not included in the booking.

• Parties, excessive noise or breach of quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00.

• Security call-out due to excessive noise, removal or attempted tampering with the decibel meter.

• Incorrect use of the parasol/awning, which must be closed when not in use.

• Breach of check-out time, by default until 10:00.

• An extra cleaning fee will be charged if the house is left with excessive dirt and/or excessive rubbish on the property.

• Use of glass objects in the pool.



The amenities provided upon arrival are not restocked during the stay.

Access to the house is conditional on completing online check-in, blocking the deposit and paying the tourist tax.
