•No Smoking inside the apartment.

•No Parties or events.

•No Unregistered Guests allowed.

•No Pets allowed.



•Check-in: The check-in process is in-person.

•Security Deposit: A refundable deposit of €800 will be held on your credit card two days before arrival during the online check-in process. This is fully refunded after departure, assuming the property is left in good condition.

•Tourism Tax (applies to guests aged 13 and over):

oApril - October: €2 per person, per night (up to a maximum of 7 nights).

oNovember - March: €1 per person, per night.
