Villa Albatroz is a completely renovated residence, combining modern decoration with contemporary finishes, located in a privileged location in the Rossio area, in Albufeira.



Just a few minutes' walk from the city's main points of interest, the property is only 2 minutes from Peneco Beach, 5 minutes from Albufeira Downtown, and 10 minutes from Albufeira Marina.



On the outside, guests can enjoy a pleasant terrace with sea views, equipped with an outdoor dining area and barbecue (BBQ), ideal for moments of socializing with family or friends. The villa also has a private jacuzzi with sea views, available for a supplement of 250 € per week.



The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans and all essential utensils to prepare meals comfortably during your stay. Condiments, cleaning products and personal hygiene items are not provided.

Security Deposit



Guests must leave a security deposit of €100 per person, paid in cash at the time of check-in.



The deposit will be refunded by bank transfer within 14 days after check-out, provided that no damage to the property is recorded and the booking conditions are complied with.
