Villa Camilla is a beautiful eight bedroom property located only around a minute's walk from the sandy beach of Olhos de Agua. The villa has been finished to an extremely high standard and is built over four floors with the ground floor benefiting from a games room with pool table, utility room with washing machine and sunny outside area.

The first floor features a stylish kitchen fitted with stylish high end units & quality appliances including a large fridge freezer and integrated dishwasher, and is fully equipped with anything a larger party will require for their stay. There is a beautifully furnished dining area & lounge compete with attractive contemporary accessories leading off the kitchen which looks over front and rear sun terraces & swimming pool. There is a spacious double bedroom with French doors leading to the rear sun terrace which shares the full house bathroom located just next to this and a twin bedroom also with French doors with a stylish en-suite shower room.
The sun terrace to the front of the villa is furnished with a large contemporary outside dining suite along with sunbeds and provides access to the pool which can be heated upon request for an additional nominal charge.

To the rear of this floor there is a large sun terrace which is a great entertaining space; and equipped with high quality sunbeds fitted with grey cushions and side tables & which can be accessed from both the lounge and the bedrooms.

All the public rooms and the bedrooms have air-conditioning, which may also be used as heaters in the autumn evenings if needed.
The villa is also fitted with an intruder alarm for your security. There is also designated parking for one car with street parking in front for a further two and two large car parks nearby too.

The villa is located right in the heart of the traditionally and atmospheric beach area of Olhos de Agua; with it many fantastic restaurants such as Ambrosia & Nectar directly across which is famous for it's traditional Portuguese seafood and meat dishes, and for which the aromas will draw you in: , friendly bars and interesting shops.

Just 500m up the road you will find the main lively resort of Olhos de Agua & main supermarket along with a traditional fruit & veg, fish & butchers market.

For guests looking for even more lively nightlife the famous Albufeira Strip is an 8 minute taxi or public bus ride away We are happy to also arrange transport to both the Strip and Albufeira Old Town in minibuses in the evenings for a preferential rate.

We can also arrange return airport transfers from and to Faro Airport The journey takes around 45 minutes traffic depending.
