This part of Albuquerque has the advantage of being a pretty and reasonably quiet neighborhood but close to many things to do (walkable, if you like to walk).
The area has mostly older, single-family houses, most more or less renovated.
This house has been a vacation rental for at least seven years (I stayed here in 2015), and vacation rentals have become less basic over the years. The owner might want to take a look at the house and consider some minor enhancements. For example, replacing the broken and dusty Levolor blinds, or just removing them and using the drapes without them. At same time, he could repair the holes in the plaster wall and wooden frames around the window.
Although the kitchen looks nice, it is not equipped for real cooking and dining. If you want to cook, you will need to bring basic tools like dry measuring cups and a liquid measuring cup, a steamer, vegetable peeler, cheese grater, placemats, and napkins. You may also want to bring a knife sharpener and another pot holder. There were a few grubby, open, old food supplies in the cabinet. And the left-front burner knob on the stove is broken.
You should also bring your own detergent if you think you may need to wash some clothes. The owner doesn't supply detergent.
The Internet is unstable and I clocked it at 3 to 14 mbps. You will have trouble watching television or Zooming.
I saw nine cockroaches and killed eight, most in the kitchen.
The large wall clock in the living room had stopped. I carry batteries and replaced the battery.
The ice maker in the refrigerator was turned off. I turned it back on.
