The three bedrooms, loft, full kitchen, large yard and easy parking make it a comfortable home base for early mornings at the field and relaxing together afterward. Guest Access

Guests have private use of the home and surrounding yard during their stay.

Two upstairs attic spaces and two utility/housekeeping closets remain locked and are not part of the guest accommodations. The remainder of the home and guest areas are yours to enjoy.

There is plenty of on-site parking, including room that may accommodate balloon trailers and crew vehicles with advance notice. If you`re visiting with a balloon team, please message us before arrival so we can help coordinate the best parking setup.

Self check-in is available through the smart keypad at the front entrance. If you need anything during your stay, we`re always just a message or call away!
Pet Policy

We’re happy to welcome well-behaved pets with prior approval.

Prior Approval: Please let us know about any pets before booking so we can approve them before your stay.

Pet Fee: A 50.00 dollar per pet, per night fee applies.

Unapproved Pets: Bringing an unapproved pet may result in a 500.00 dollar violation fee and possible termination of the stay.

Damage & Additional Cleaning: Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or additional cleaning beyond normal use.

Leashes: Please keep pets leashed while outdoors to protect local wildlife and respect our neighbors.

We love hosting guests with pets—just reach out before booking so we can make sure everything is ready for your stay.

No Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping and marijuana.

A 1,000.00 dollar fee may apply for smoking violations. Serious violations may also result in termination of the stay without refund, subject to the booking platform`s policies.

Guests are responsible for making sure everyone in their group understands and follows these rules.
