Gran hotel nuevo y cómodo
El hotel está en muy buenas condiciones, las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. La recepción es muy amplia y agradable, cuenta con café las 24 hrs. y dos computadoras en la sala de negocios, el desayuno es más una barra de desayunos de microondas, frutas y wafles, pero en general no está mal. El servicio de transporte es muy bueno y te pueden llevar a casi cualquier lado y el personal es muy amabale. Lo negativo es que no cuente con un restaurante abierto por el resto del día y el aire acondicionado era un poco más ruidoso de lo esperado.

Spacious room, lots of great features, barn door on the bathroom,while a cool few feature was impractical. We were really liking it until we pulled back the comforter on one bed and there was a foul smelling, brown streak. Bedding obviously hadn’t been changed. Called the front desk attendant who was very nice and brought up clean bedding, but I had to remove the soiled bedding and replace it myself. No manager available then or the next morning to speak with. Expedia also contacted the property and unable to speak with a manager.

One of the many reasons we booked because they have media section, needed access to desktop , both desktop outdated and kept freezing after 2 minutes , Saturday. Night 3 am , fire alarm went off , no joke , no explanation from the staff , no apology, 3 am we are all outside in parking lot , naturally next day everyone is tired

The bed was not to normal standard and the floor needs repair it coming up from the underlayment. Just a little dirty

The service was great but the room was messy. The sheets needed to be replaced and the room/couch had not been thoroughly vacuumed.

Nice place
Comfortable beds and a clean, quiet hotel. Breakfast options were decent - a couple egg options, waffles, yogurt and cereal. Would definitely stay here again.

Half of my room did not have electricity. One associate stated he could not operate his television, either. For Albuquerque, I paid a high rate and I am not sure why. Search for other options.
