The kitchen was fully stocked and met all our cooking needs. Ice maker not hooked up only 2 ice trays.Perfect location for Ballon Fest. early morning coffee and evening ballon glow and fire works.

Perfect place to stay while visiting family. Clean as a whistle, and we had everything we needed. The view from the backyard was amazing. The owner was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Property listing was accurate. Great neighborhood with a exceptional view. Mountains on one side and hot air ballons on the other almost every morning. Location was easy to access. Many hiking areas nearby with plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute drive. A grocery store was only a few blocks away. I would recommend this place for a couple looking to get away or a family with children.

This home had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Absolutely recommend! If we come back to Albuquerque we will book here again. The host responded quickly and was very kind. We enjoyed the sunrise view over the mountains. The home was decorated beautifully. Felt very safe in this neighborhood!

The VRBO is fantastic. The house is clean. The walking/bike paths in the neighborhood can be taken to a nearby park. Petroglyph National Monument is nearby and worth visiting. It is close to the supermarket. It is located in a great location in town.

The home is lovely and enhanced further by the amazing patio area! We spent much time out there enjoying sunrises, balloons, dining and sunsets.The home is beyond clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the thoughtfully well stocked amenities…even a jug of distilled h20 in the linen closet for my CPap machine. Short stay

Beautiful home! We only stayed one night as we were just traveling through. The house is clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The outdoor space is especially nice! Took a sunrise hot air balloon ride and highly recommend it to everyone. FlyAlbuquerque.com

If I could give it 6 stars I would

This has been the best vrbo we have ever stayed. The place was cute with tons of little details to make it a great stay. Several mornings I had coffee on the patio table with hot air balloons floating above me. The owner is very responsive to messages. We will definitely stay there again when we are visiting.

The house is very nice. The view from the back yard of the Sandias is beautiful. The location of the property was close to lots of restaurants and stores (grocery, dollar tree, etc). It was about 10-15 minutes from several attractions in Albuquerque. We’d stay here again.

Great Quiet Stay in Albuquerque/Rio Rancho Area

We rented this property to attend an event at Rio Rancho event center. I don't visit Albuquerque often but this location was easy to find and close to lots of stores and restraunts. The host have thought of everything to make your stay great. Kitchen was fully equipt. Bedrooms were comfortable with extra blankets, luggage holder, and laundry basket. And the bathrooms were very clean and had hot water. The whole house was exceptionally clean. We really enjoyed the backyard. From watching the hot air balloons in the morning to seeing the mountain landscapes at night. Our family are all adults and we like things very quiet. This house was perfect. I didn't hear anything day or night the three days we were there. Would highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

Great Location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property while out visiting with family! The views from the cozy backyard were stunning, and we took advantage of the walking trail right behind the house every day. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked for cooking in which we did a lot. The neighborhood felt safe and we were close by to grocery stores, shopping, and golf courses. This property does not disappoint!

Clean, convenient, and as advertised

The house was exactly as advertised, super clean, and just what we needed on our trip! It was in a convenient location to everything in Albuquerque. We enjoyed getting to see hot air balloons fly over in the mornings!

Our stay

We liked our place a lot. When we arrived we were tired. One of the beds, in the living room was wet and had shredded material on it. Our first night was cold. The living room bed was bare and no sheets were available. We had a limited number of blankets and we struggled to get the the heat to work. Other than that it was a perfect place to stay .. Thank you..

Fantastic place to stay in Albuquerque.

It was AWESOME! The accomodations were perfect. GREAT location. GREAT view of Sandia Mountain. BREATHTAKING views of hot air balloons floating in the skies. Sitting out back was so inviting and relaxing, including the hammock. Must come back
