This is a little gem. We stayed two nights and found the location was really convenient for both I40 and shops. Plus the secure off street parking is great. Fantastic shower. Our only issue was that no cutlery or crockery is provided even though there is a kettle, fridge, coffee maker, microwave and toaster available for use.

The protected parking was nice, the toaster, teapot, microwave and iron were handy and the clean fluffy towels were perfect. I enjoyed ABQ very much

Excellent stay! The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and attractions. Everything was spotless and modern. Would definitely stay again!

Deborah was so accommodating and responsive. The location is great. The bed was super comfortable. It is a small space, but would certainly come back again!

Nice set up, a little small but everything is modern and nice. I enjoy having our own parking area that’s fenced off. Bed was super hard though, not a fan of that.

This is a prime location that gives their best towards customer hospitality. The room was clean and parking was private and off the street, with an enclosed gate. We were amongst many of the various shops, restaurants, and local entertainment. Neighborhood is fairly quiet and safe as well. We also loved the up to date decor. Overall, this has been a superb stay and we will be coming back the next concert we attend. :)

Property is nice and clean, but it is a garage turned into a room. The listing details are misleading. The bed is not a king bed and there’s no kitchen sink. The bathroom sink is very tiny. The space is very small for a family of 3, if the details and pictures were accurate I would not have booked this property, we ended up paying a big amount for a single uncomfortable night. On a positive note, the owner responded quickly and agreed to give a partial refund which is almost half of what we paid. Thank god because we had to pay for another accommodation for the rest of the weekend!

Hard to find lockbox and address!Needed more toilet paperIt would have much nicer to have a nightstand on the left side of the bed instead of the guitarIt would be very helpful to have a small shelf added to the wall in the bathroomSmall freezer needed defrosting. Need a couple of small ice trays!
