Exceptionally large windows let plenty of light into the interior of this villa, which meets even the highest aesthetic standards. The terrace is connected to the living room by a spacious sofa area, from which you have a perfect view of the flat-screen TV. The perfect setting for enjoying a good film in the evening before going to bed. The designer furniture and selection of artworks add subtle, tasteful touches. Whether you opt for the dining room or the extremely comfortable kitchen with a ceramic hob, the tasteful décor is an attractive bonus of this accommodation. Thanks to the air conditioning, you can feel right at home all year round – even in the four double bedrooms, one of which is fitted with two single beds and is on the same floor as the living room. All the others have access to the veranda. On the mezzanine level, you’ll find a handy wardrobe and a guest toilet, as well as a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Four more guests can stay in the two bedrooms on the ground floor, which also features two bathrooms. One of these has a bath for a relaxing end to the day.



The villa is situated in the quiet residential area of Bonaire, just 4 km from Alcúdia, combining proximity to an attractive town with the benefits of a stunning coastal location. A short walk takes you to the idyllic little harbour of Cocodrilo. Here you can round off the evening with a nightcap. From the villa’s terrace, you can look out over Formentor Beach and the Bay of Pollença – destinations that are definitely worth a visit. In Can Picafort, 15 km away, you can stop off at one of the many seaside bars and soak up the seaside holiday atmosphere. One thing is certain: during your holiday at the “Casa Ehren Alma del Mar” villa, you won’t want to leave the north coast of Mallorca. The sound of the sea is just 750 metres away at the state-of-the-art “Casa Ehren Alma del Mar” villa. The turquoise sea and the white sandy beaches of the bays of Pollença and Formentor are perfect for long walks. In less than 10 minutes by hire car, you can reach the picturesque town of Alcúdia, where you can, for example, sample some exquisite restaurants. Sports enthusiasts will find plenty to enjoy at the Club de Golf Alcanada, 8 km away. A stately residence with countless possible excursion destinations.
