Thanks to a careful renovation, the villa has retained its original architecture, featuring high wooden-beamed ceilings and ornate sandstone arches.



The villa’s living area is divided into a main house and a separately accessible studio. The bright living room, with a modern fireplace and access to the sea-view terrace, is located in the main house. It shares a spacious area with the dining room, which also has a glass door leading outside on the opposite side. Right next to the living room is the modern, fully equipped kitchen. In addition, the main house has three double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, as well as a further bathroom for shared use. The studio is connected to the main house via the terrace and has its own cosy living area with sea views, a double bedroom and a bathroom. All bedrooms, as well as the living room and kitchen, are equipped with air conditioning. The villa is situated in the small residential area of Morer Vermell on the Victòria peninsula in north-eastern Mallorca. Shopping facilities are available in Alcúdia, 1.5 km away. The long sandy beaches of Alcúdia and Pollença are a 10-minute drive away.
