Holiday home on the sea – Casa Mercuri

In the popular resort of Port d’Alcúdia, Casa Mercuri is situated only a few metres from the sea and can accommodate 8 people. The vacation home with sunlit rooms is arranged on one level and has an air-conditioned living room with a sofa bed and a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Facilities of the child-friendly and wheelchair accessible holiday home also include Wi-Fi, a satellite TV and a high chair. You can park your car on the street in front of the property. The covered terrace is equipped with garden furniture for relaxing in the open air. The beach is just a short walk along the street. Restaurants, bars, cafés and shopping facilities are around a 5-10 minutes' walk away.



One small dog is allowed.

Accessibility: There is a small step (13 cm) to reach the house from the outside area. The doors are 70 cm wide and the bathroom is barrier-free.



Air conditioning is in the living room and hall (the cool air reaches the bedrooms as well).

The property is surrounded by nature and vegetation, located between the Mediterranean Sea and the Albufera (lake) of Alcúdia. For this reason, the presence of insects and/or small local animals is possible.
