The Villa Burgues is located in an area close to the beautiful and old town of Alcudia, characterized by the maintenance of ancient walls and imposants qui l'entouraient. The villa is located on the most detailed beach of Puerto de Pollensa and Puerto de Alcudia. The decoration of the house is beautiful and very comfortable to spend a few days on family vacations. The main entrance is located under the covered terrace. This gives us direct access to the spacious living room, which is fully equipped with comfortable sofas, TV and DVD and a wood stove for the colder months of the season. A door leads to the kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge / freezer, gas hob and electric oven. The room area consists of a double room with a bathroom with a shower en suite and two double rooms that share a complete bathroom with a bathtub. All rooms are beautifully decorated, have built-in wardrobes and are equipped with air conditioning units, which, in line with local energy saving initiatives, are scheduled for use from 5.30pm to 7.30pm and 10pm. at 09:00.
