The interiors are designed to provide maximum comfort for 6 people, with a spacious living-dining room that invites relaxation, reading, or enjoying moments in front of the television. The fully equipped kitchen is located next to the living-dining room, facilitating the preparation of any desired dish.



It has three bedrooms, all double, and one of them with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The other bathroom is easily accessible from the other two bedrooms.



The main bathroom has a bathtub and the en-suite bathroom has a shower, to suit everyone's preferences.



The entire dwelling is equipped with air conditioning to ensure pleasant vacations.



This charming villa is just a 10-minute walk from one of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca, Playa de Alcudia, where you will find kilometers of white sandy beach and crystal-clear turquoise waters. Alcudia is also nearby, where you can walk along its ancient walls, enjoy its weekly market (Tuesdays and Sundays).
