This delightful Majorca (Mallorca) villa is in a great location with easy links to both Pollensa (Pollenca) and Alcudia. It's surrounded by the beautiful Spanish countryside, yet only a short drive from a choice of shops, restaurants and beaches. Villa Sebastian is the ideal base from which to explore the island's north east coast. There are also a number of attractions and golf courses in the surrounding area.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.20 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.

In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.
