They upgraded us to a fabulous suite but it was too big for us and we didn’t like it so they offered us a preferable smaller room with good grace and humour! Everyone was so lovely and helpful. Very clean, had everything we needed. Reception was always available. Nice little selection of tea/coffee/toiletries. Really good location
