“Fantastic family break on a working farm. Mr King and his family are lovely warm hosts making sure you have everything you need and are enjoying your stay. Cute quirky cabin and annexe giving plenty space for a large group and the hot tub area an added treat for us all. Had great fun feeding Megan and Moonshine the horses !!”

“The cottage itself was lovely. A really nice chilled week, however the property just required a bit of TLC, it is just looking a bit tired and rough in some areas and the cleanliness was average to say the least. Some plates had been put away dirty and there was cobwebs in several of the rooms. The location was pretty good and it was only 30 minutes in to Glasgow and Ayr is nearby. Overall I would give a 7/10.”

“Lovely location, central for exploring East and West.Very comfortable with just about everything you need.Only downside was the kitchen could have done with more plug sockets.However, would thoroughly recommend and we would stay again.”

“Amazingly helpful & friendly hosts, willing to provide great suggestions for local attractions and assist in any way needed. Set in a beautiful quiet location but still only a short drive to major roads. ”

“Caravan is lovely and comfortable, though can be noisy in stormy weather, though otherwise it's a quiet location. Drive is quite steep for parking. Fantastic views over Loch Long. Access drive is a single road, is quite steep in places and it can be tricky to find the caravan.”

“This place was amazing. A cute little cottage tucked away privately. Received a lot of snow our first night and decided to walk down to the little in at the bottom of the Mountain for breakfast which was amazing. The hot tub and fire place were great. The host met us when we arrived. Directions were great but we weren’t sure we were in the right spot. ”
