“I did not stay at this hotel. I paid for the hotel and even bought a travel insurance policy that stated that I will get a refund in case of any cancellation. Had a medical emergency and contacted Expedia two days before check in date to cancel but Expedia said they are having issues getting to the hotel to process my refund as the hotel policy is that the booking is a non refundable one even after I bought an insurance policy from Expedia. I am still waiting for a response from Expedia”

“Stopped in Alexandria for a week from USA and found this beautiful home at a great price. Owner greeted me on sight and was an amazing guy that helped me and my wife with explaining the area. House was amazing and huge with crazy amount of space. Pool was great in the hot days and lit up at night. Many great restaurants around the area with Uber or owner can set up with driver. Honestly was best place stayed at in Egypt in my time and will definitely be staying here again. Owner even drove us to...
