“withput doubt the property has a 5 star view and location but it does not have a 5 star service. Some elements are strucutral - for example one lavatory for 8 people on the first floor and a sheer cliff surrounding the garden where fototballs are lost ( a fence would be good). Notwithstanding we found the service not up to standard. We were without hot water for four days which given there was a 7 month old baby was a trial. When the sink blocked - which we were warned about, again it took 2...

It was really hot in Annecy during our stay but there are shutters and fans provided that helped lots. Would highly recommend especially for families. ”
