En el área de Parker Creek del lago Martin, 10 Cricket Lane se encuentra en el agua en la hermosa ensenada de Bolton. Hay techos de 10 pies en todas partes, muebles de decoración y mucha madera y piedra. Dos porches cubiertos proporcionan lugares agradables para relajarse.

Bolton Cove es una comunidad cerrada de solo unas pocas casas con muchas comodidades maravillosas. Hay 4 dormitorios y 3 1/2 baños. El dormitorio principal tiene grandes ventanales que dan al lago, baño privado, bañera de diseño, ducha separada, cama king size, TV de pantalla plana de 42 'y un porche privado cubierto. Dos de las otras habitaciones tienen camas queen size. El cuarto dormitorio tiene dos literas y, por lo general, funciona como habitación para niños. Perfect Family Getaway!

Perfect place for our family with several small children. The beach area with paddle boats was awesome for ages 7-13. The pool depth of 3 feet and 5, also perfect for children to play safely in the pool. Party barge, easy in and out, was a great high light. The house was roomy and comfortable; the views from the house were simply beautiful. We will likely return.

Great location for a family get-away

My 3 siblings and I rented all the houses in Bolton Cove. This was a perfect place for a family reunion. There was something for everyone...pool, kayaks, boat. The house had everything we needed. I would highly recommend!

The property was very pretty and the amenities were very nice!! I did not like that we had to pay for service call for AC not cooling - that should be the responsibility of the owners to make sure all is working correctly. This would have perfect for me and my extended family but not sure I want to risk being charged for multiple service charges.

Great location, major issues, great communication

We were a large group for a family reunion who rented all four houses. Courtland was a great communicator from the time of the reservation all the way through our departure. House 10 smelled like damp, musty mold. That’s could be heard in the walls and were seen peeking out from the fireplace area. In this home no bats escaped into the home however, a bat did fly out of the space between the wall and chimney into the home in house 12. The air conditioner did not work in this home and 2 others initially, but Courtland was responsive and it was fixed within two days. He also reimbursed us for one day of our stay due to that inconvenience. Overall, the entire property is amazing. The pool was clean and the Pool house allowed grandparents to stay downstairs at the pool area for a longer period of time but out of the heat. The sandy beach was a favorite along with the kayaks. All four houses need a thorough deep clean. All need some sort of entryway mat by both doors leading outside, particularly the downstairs door where people are entering from the beach and the pool. If the moldy musty smell can be addressed along with removal of bats, the house would be a wonderful place to stay.

Awesome stay- especially for families with small children!

Overall an awesome vacation stay and we highly recommend it. There were a few small things that didn't work correctly, but in the grand scheme of things- they really didn't matter. It was such a great and relaxing place with so much to do, play on the beach, swim or kayak on the lake, chill in/by the pool, grill dinner on the back porch, relax in the house. Anything that wasn't working was fixed pretty quickly(reset internet, dishwasher and oven didn't start), and I think the place overall could use some deep cleaning and a fresh coat of paint here and there, but seriously great place. The whole family enjoyed it and even with 2 small kids under 4, it was easy and very fun to keep them entertained. The playground may need to be checked for bugs. But everything in walking distance, even pontoon rental from another marina only 20 minutes away and worth every penny.

Grad weekend!

We used this property for additional sleeping arrangements for our large family during Auburn graduation. It met all of our needs, but we wish we had had more time available to enjoy all of the amenities. We will have to come back for some r&r now that we have more time! The property manager was easily accessible and responsive. Thx!!

Amazing Getaway

Such an amazing time!! The pool, kayaks, and beach area was perfect for the kids!! The house was spacious and gave us plenty of room! We definitely loved the location and will definitely be back!

Perfect for our family reunion

We used two adjacent houses for a family reunion. It was perfect! The owners were super helpful working with us in booking and were very proactive in dealing with any issues that occurred. We will definitely consider this for our next reunion

Wonderful Stay!!

We loved our stay at your wonderful lake house!!!! Just for your information, one kayak has a leak but the others were great. We all enjoyed them so much!! Also, another note...the upstairs bed is very uncomfortable and you might want to consider changing out the mattress. All in all, We hope to return very soon for another visit. The facilities were perfect for my children and grandchildren, Thank you!

Refreshing

I hate to review this stay because it will make it harder to get a reservation. This was our 4th or 5th year here. We LOVE it. It is secure, clean, and no matter which house we stay in we feel comfortable. Courtland is attentive and courteous. We will be back next year.
