The house was very clean and the owner was great about answering my questions. The location was ideal! We were able to walk to everything. The only issues involved the porch door which didn’t fully open and the porch steps which need replacement. I would stay here again.

This property was just what we needed for our family vacation in Alex Bay! The house was big enough for our dog kennel and the yard was great for him to run on a tether. It was within walking distance to the shops, restaurants, and boat docks. From the lookout point you could see Bolt Castle. It was perfect!

Delightful stay in Alexandria Bay

My family traveled to Alexandria Bay for a wedding on one of the islands and we loved our base at this house. It was in an amazing location, walkable to the main street where the shops, restaurant, bars and churches were located. The hostess was very professional and attentive. We had very good interaction.The house is lovely, we enjoyed having coffee on the front port in the morning. I would stay there again when another chance comes up to visit the area.

Best Rental in Alexandria Bay

This home is in walking distance of Alexandria Bay and has all the comforts of home. We spent of of time in the screened in porch in the mornings and evening. Only a 5 minute drive to Keewadin State Park which has a beautiful Olympic size pool.

Spent 3 nights for my husbands birthday! Location was in a short walking distance to everything we needed, restaurants, river and boat tours, shops, bars and even a cool distillery! Great Family Spot

We like staying in this home particularly because of it's location. You can walk around Alexandria Bay, enjoy the sights and walk back to a home that has all the amenities you need. We love the washer and dryer that are there so we don't go home with dirty clothes. We appreciate the yard for the dogs to wander around in (on their runners.) We love the game room and front porch for fun and relaxing. The home has a/c for when you need it and windows to open for the breeze when you don't. Great place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay again this year.

The owner made sure the house was very clean and organized. There were separate air conditioners in most of the rooms. The location to restaurants, the St Lawerence and shops were all within walking distance to the house. I would rent it again.

Loved our stay

We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean. She had q-tips, cotton balls, round cotton pads, tampons, laundry detergent, coffee pods, spices, veg and olive oils, games, coloring books and crayons and markers. She did not have any travel body wash which we of course forgot but was happily surprised she provided other things listed. The room with the twin beds was very spacious. I sort of wished she had a guest book to hear from other people who stayed there where they had good luck eating/doing. The foam mattress wasn't the best on my back but that's my opinion. The queen bedroom could have used a fan. It was very comfortable, clean and a great stay!

Wonderful Property in a Fun Town

This VRBO literally had it all! The house is wonderfully set up with 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths and slept our group comfortably. The house is equipped with everything you need, including all kitchen things, a game room full of games, a grill to cook outside, a washer & dryer, and even some basics like salt, pepper, and oil to cook with. There was even a Keurig with a large supply of coffees. Everything was spotlessly clean too. The communication with the owner was easy and she was super friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze. The location is perfect! Walking distance into town, but not right downtown with all the tourist bustle. Super quiet neighborhood. Alexandria Bay was so much fun. It was our first time there and we took advantage of everything it had to offer: boat ride to the castles, eating at the restaurants, and shopping at all of the wonderful shops. I would not only recommend this VRBO, but the town as well. Such a great family trip!

Family Trip

The house was nicely equipped with everything you would need. There were plenty of towels, linens, and homestly everything you would need other than food and drinks. The property is very convenient to downtown Alex Bay. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
