Este nuevo concepto abierto casa tiene un primer piso de la cocina con mesada de granito magníficos y una amplia barra de desayuno que se abre en un espacio de entretenimiento maravilloso con vistas frente al mar y mucha luz natural. Las puertas corredizas de vidrio se abren a una acogedora terraza con espacio para la parrilla, entretenerse y disfrutar de las vistas al puerto. Hay un amplio dormitorio y baño completo en la primera planta, así como una lavadora / secadora. El segundo piso es un espacio tipo loft que tiene 2 dormitorios y un baño completo.

No hay que perderse, es la casa de botes de nivel de entrada donde se puede amarrar su barco, motos acuáticas, kayaks y disfrutar de la preciosa agua, clara de la St. Lawrence River. El barco está equipado con una puerta automática del garaje, donde se puede atracar hasta un barco de 30 pies. Ya sea que traer su propio o alquilar uno en la ciudad, este es el más conveniente acceso a un deslizamiento en cualquier lugar de la ciudad. También hay dos nuevos kayaks, una persona Peddle 5-Barco, y bicicletas para sus huéspedes disfrutar de las magníficas vistas del río. Best Boathouse location!

So happy we chose this rental. We brought our own boat from VA. The marina is literally next door, opposite canal side from row of boathouse. The elevator/lift made bringing in luggage a breeze- carts available too. Close walk to town and on quiet street. Super comfortable furnishings, clean and fresh rooms towels linens, nautical touches throughout you really feel immersed in ‘The River’ life. The river and area cannot be justly described, it’s truly stunning. Hopefully you bring a boat, if not, a boat tour is a must to fully appreciate The 1000 islands. Boldt Castle was a worthy visit and this location could not be any easier to boat over and dock at castle or restaurants if you prefer float over feet! The men came to fish for smallmouth bass. The river is crystal clear; you can see bottom even at 25 ft deep, and it’s quite a sight to see the catch. There were always pretty little blue tail baitfish by the boathouse too. Geese, loons, heron, ducks, kayaking or lounging in balcony deck plenty of wildlife to admire. I did plenty of shopping in town, unplanned but couldn’t pass unique items for birthdays showers Christmas gifts. There’s much more than just touristy tee shirts. The museum is bigger than it appears and the staff are longtime locals, friendly and fun to hear interesting detail how the opulent life arrived in the islands. A week wasn’t enough time. We will be back and this rental is where we would choose again and again !

Lovely

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The view was not what I expected when staying on the water, but perhaps that was my expectation. It looked over a small water way, with a run down house just across the water with trash (old tires and furniture on the lawn). We just chose to look to the left instead of straight across. It was right before the start of the season so they were prepping the boat slips which was fun to watch. We enjoyed the town and liked that it was close by.

Lakeside bliss

Superb experience all the way around! Communication, cleanliness, view, boat house, size of the place. This is our second time visiting the harbor villas. There is a convenient marina right across the inlet to launch your boat or jet ski. Thank you for the stay!

Quick get away with the boat

The property was overall great and close to many things via boat or car. It was also especially nice that the launch was across the marina with trailer parking which made the entire process easy. We went most places by boat despite it being a little cloudy a few days. Laura was an amazing host and checked in on us throughout the stay to see if we needed anything via txt. Great property for the 4 of us (3 teen age kids 1 adult)

Family vacation

Lauren is a great host: quick responses and great recommendations. House is very clean, well appointed, great location and comfy beds. The boat house is a great bonus: we kayaked a few days and also rented a boat…..was great to be able to stop back to pick up extra supplies, people etc. We had a great week…. Highly recommend!!!

Great stay

We really enjoyed staying at this property, it was comfortable, clean, everything worked, great location, and great communication with the property owner. The boat house was a really nice feature, we brought our boat for fishing and exploring the islands. Alexandria Bay was a great little town with plenty of places to eat and the people were friendly. We would definitely highly recommend this place if you are going to the thousand islands area.

Wonderful Stay!

What a beautiful villa! As soon as you open the door it smelled and looked clean and inviting. Everything you need and want was in there to use. Beds were really comfortable too. This villa is highly recommended! Had an amazing vacation! Thank you!

Great experience

Could not find anything that was negative for this property. Except for we would have liked to stay longer(next time). Check in was easy, home was clean and neat.

Extremely expensive

For the price of this place I expected to have toilet paper and soap in both bathrooms. There was about a tablespoon of laundry soap that was obviously watered down and enough for one load. The four remotes that were there were confusing to say the least and after trying for a half hour, gave up watching any TV. The dishes, pots and pans were all mismatched and appeared to be garage sale quality. The propane grill was completely rusted to the point where we cooked hamburgers inside on the stove.

Great family getaway at the River!

Great week at the RIVER we love. Property had everything we needed and super clean. The boathouse was amazeballs! Used the kayaks frequently. Rented a boat from Aquamania. Hope to be back next year! Would definitely stay here again.
