“Fabulous stay. Lovely, spacious, spotless twin room with very clean, modern en suite. Everywhere is extremely clean and very well maintained. Plenty of parking and a fantastic outside area for sunny days. Staff very friendly and helpful. Generous meal portions and absolutely delicious! We joined in the quiz night and were even greeted warmly (and helped!) by the locals. We will definitely be staying again!”

“The hotel was very clean. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. Never stayed at a Days Inn before but would certainly stay with them again. Although the hotel was on the m1 we didn’t hear any traffic noise. There was no restaurant at the hotel but services was next door”

“The staff at checkin was friendly and welcoming.Room was clean and bathroom was hygienic. Food at the restaurant was good too.I like how the restaurant had vegan options.”

“The room was clean, Staff excellent, Bar fully stocked, Wifi good. Room was very small 10foot wide 20foot long, bed very soft, no good for people with back problems. Advertised as B&B cleaner had to get manager in to do breakfast which was basically a bacon sandwich. No breakfast the following day even though it was the chef who let us out of building!”

“Could not fault the staff very helpful , breakfast with very good . I appreciate the building is old but I do think the decor needs a bit of an upgrade. Parking was good but bit of a steep hill to get there. It was a bit noisy in the evenings but it goes quiet at around 10 . Considering the manager and staff has only been there a few weeks they are doing an amazing job.”

“Rooms were comfortable, didn’t like the Hugh step into the shower & Bath. Quite dangerous in the dark. Bar, parking and staff were all good. Breakfast choice and quality for £15.99 per person was quite limited.”

“Worst stay I have ever had and I’m not Picky. Slept on top of bed covers. Used a hoody over the pillow which smelt stale. The bedding looked tidy till I got in and smelt like someone else needed a wash. I should have left when I entered the room and it smelt like a Smokers room. Really disappointed with it. Slept really badly. ”
