It’s a decent location and next to a pub , check in was easy and the receptionist was very helpful and explained everything well. The room was very tired and felt dirty. The walls seriously need painting and the radiator was half hanging from the wall. Outside area plain but clean. Garden view but the garden was not inviting. Parking was free, breakfast available until 9 am. The staff in the pub outnumbered the customers and all sat about talking to each other on their phones.

It is a charming place, it is dated but that adds to the charm. The hosts are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. Very good value for money and a lovely location

"Staff barely spoke, room was nice and a little noisy from outside. Shower was fine, not amazing but adequate Car parking awkward but is available. I never used bar or restaurant as was only a brief stay."

"No issues with the room as usual, we have stayed there several times as we visit family nearby. My issue was the breakfast, as, ,although soya milk and gluten free bread was on menu, there was none available. Which is not acceptable if on the menu, when staff asked, we were told it had not been delivered. ..."
