The house offers 200 square meters across two floors and sits on a 3,000-square-meter estate, divided into two areas to make the most of the natural light throughout the day. Four bedrooms with new beds provide comfortable rest: one room with two single beds, two rooms with double beds, and another with a double bed and bunk beds.



The highlight is the private, irregular-shaped pool with a beach-style entrance—step in gradually, just like at the seaside. The dock-style sun deck is perfect for sunbathing, relaxing with a book, or simply enjoying the quiet, broken only by birdsong.



Stroll among centuries-old olive and almond trees, follow small trails within the property, or walk down to the riverbank to listen to waterfalls and enjoy the cool riverside woods. The Zahara reservoir, famous for its turquoise waters, is just a short drive away.
