“A nuestra llegada, después de haber mandado por correo la petición de que tuvieran lusta la cama extra , tuvimos que acomodarla nosotros personalmente ya que no cuentan con personal para hacerlo, servicio terrible pues no limpian la habitación diario a menos que lo solicites y lo Pagés con cargo extra, el hotel está descuidado con alfombras y pisos rotos, que pena pues la ubicación es muy buena, hay demasiado ruido en las madrugadas por camiones de limpieza y no puedes descansar, no volveremos ”

“Perfect location for what we were trying to do on our trip. Walked everywhere, lots of places to eat, shop, visit and explore. The building is secure and the attendants are keeping an eye out for your safety…since homeless people are everywhere downtown…no matter how far you stay from skidrow. The rooftop was great. The loft was clean and very spacious. The host and owner were both very friendly. I would say my only complaint is the parking situation but that’s to be expected in a large downtown...
