It is a very special space in which Juana and her family have lived for the last 33 years. Juana decided to buy the building in 1987, when she set up her business on the ground floor and gave each of her children a home on the upper floors. Over the years, her children were emancipated and Juana felt like the space was becoming more and more empty. All the stories, memories and anecdotes lived in this place keep a very special space in the memory of Juana and her family. For that reason, in 2020 they decided to fill it with life again. This is how El Barrio was born. A set of 4 modern and sophisticated apartments, with all the comforts and where you will feel at home. In an unbeatable location, a few meters from the sea, where you can soak up the culture and Mediterranean life. The main floor apartment has 40m2 distributed in a double bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower en suite; living room with double sofa bed, flat screen TV and dining table for 4 people; as well as a full kitchen with ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, capsule coffee maker, kettle and kitchenware (dishes, cutlery, pans, pots ...). The apartment has a second courtesy toilet. It has exquisite furniture and decoration; as well as beds that guarantee a quality rest. Everything is brand new, to ensure maximum comfort to our guests. It is an efficient and environmentally responsible building. It has the latest generation of intelligent electric boilers to improve energy consumption, and has individual air conditioning units with hot/cold mode to maintain the perfect temperature at any time of the year.
