Once you leave the private island, you will be within walking distance from the Casino, Hilton Hotel, restaurants, Mega Yacht Marina, and stunning infinity pool/bar overlooking the ocean and marina.

Ever heard of Bahamas time? WE HAVE! Oftentimes inconveniences on the island may take a bit more time and effort to resolve, unlike in the USA. And it doesn’t help that workers cannot enter the resort area after 7pm. If you are an impatient guest who is grumpy and not understanding of the Bahamas-time concept, you should definitely check in at the Hilton Hotel rather than a house.

*In case of any reservation adjustments, The refund policy would allow for 75% to be refunded of each night that is cancelled after the reservation is made. If the cancelled date slot is filled, the guest would be entitled to a full refund.
If in any case the cancelled dates are not reserved, the 25% can be used as credit for a late checkout/early checkin (upon availability).*

* Please keep in mind that Bimini can have random power, water, and wifi outages that may occur during your stay, they are experienced by the entire island and are completely out of our control. If in any of these cases you may need anything, the Hilton is generator powered and will still have functioning amenities. There will also be a spare key provided in case of wifi/power outages. Please note breakers can be tripped during these power outages and if you need any assistance, the housekeeper would be more than happy to help.*
