Casa do Medronho - sleeps up to 6

Casa do Medronho is a 3 bed and 1 bath property which has been lovingly and sympathetically restored using traditional materials. With its farmhouse kitchen, large log fire, under-floor heating and comfortable furnishings it is the ideal family holiday home.

The kitchen/dining area and sitting room can be found on the ground floor together with two of the bedrooms and the bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Upstairs you will find a further bedroom and study area.

The three bedrooms, all of which are fitted with panel heaters, are as follows:

Bed 1 (nearest bathroom) with King bed (this can be separated into twin beds if preferred)
Bed 2 (nearest entrance door) with twin beds (the beds can be joined t make a King bed if preferred)
Bed 3 (upstairs) with twin beds (the beds can be joined to make a king bed if preferred)

You will be sent a form a few days after booking which will enable you to indicate your bed preferences.

The property has the benefit of fibre internet so we would expect you to have good internet speeds but this is of course subject to the service provider.

For the ultimate luxury there is underfloor heating however if you would like to have the benefit of this during your stay you must request it at the time of booking and you will be responsible for any costs incurred - these will be based on the additional electricity used.

Outside in the tropical garden there is a covered arbour, water-fall and very small self-fill splash pool. There is also a wonderful roof terrace with stunning views across the valley.
