Wir fanden sie sehr sauber vor, allerdings müffelte es doch gewaltig nach "feucht gewischt und dann nicht gelüftet", so dass der Kauf eines Raumsprays und dessen exzessiver Einsatz unerlässlich war. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sind noch zu bemängeln: die Haustür ist wirklich pflegebedürftig und lässt sich nur schwer abschließen. Die Türdichtungen fehlen, und die Türgriffe quietschen.
