“Business/CPD trip. Everything i needed was on the premises. Staff on friday night were very busy, but always attend to your needs. Cottage was squeaky clean. Thank you sooo much! Lively and vibrant Pub (nice to see it so busy ☺️). Dinner and breakfast absolutely delicious. Service outstanding. Hope at some Point (er) 🐾🤩 i will have to come back. Thank you all the staff.”

“Our stay at the Lion was excellent. The only complaint was that the door to our room wouldn't lock, but other than that everything was great. I would definitely stay there again. Great location for shopping at Bicester Village and a short drive to Bleinheim Palace. ”

“The room was well equipped, excellent bathroom facilities. There was no water in the room when we arrived, but the receptionist was helpful in obtaining it. The breakfast was excellent and we had dinner in the same restaurant one evening and it was also very very good. ”

“El hotel es muy bonito y se tiene una estancia muy agradable, sobre todo en el restaurante a la hora de cenar o desayunar. La habitación que nos dieron es amplia, pero sin aire acondicionado. Solo tenía un ventilador en una mesa donde no había enchufe. Además se accede a todo el hotel por escalera, y a nuestra habitación por un tramo final muy empinado y muy estrecho. El baño está bien pero es incomodo al no contar con sitio para colocar las toallas. Las mesillas de noche estaban ocupadas por la...

“Bit of room to improve here, to charge the rate paid (£118). The floors weren’t clean, and the decorating very tired - lots of messy paint, rusty radiator, and mucky old window in the shower room. I will highlight the very comfortable bed & quality bedding as the best aspect of our stay! But cleaning the floors (and toilet) between guests is essential.”

“This B&B was exceptional. The attention to detail was out of this world. It felt almost like staying in a top class hotel. Everything was laid on and Helen was superb in anticipating everthing I needed. And the breakfast - well - no words to describe how great it was. Again the attention to the smallest detail was fantastic. Will certainly stay here again if I'm in the area. Well Done!”
