The home had everything we neeeded to stay 4 nights, even had enough driveway room for a truck and 4 place snowmobile trailer. Perfectly located to ride right to trail 3 and get anywhere we wanted on the sleds. Definitely worth it.

We had such a wonderful stay here! The house was very clean, the kitchen and bathroom was stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable! As others have stated, taller guests may find themselves practicing their best ducking abilities when using the shower and stairs, but it's an older house! That's part of the charm! We would gladly stay again!

The house was the perfect location for our up north adventures around the Keweenaw Peninsula. Very clean and hosts were quick to respond. The kitchen was stocked with cooking items (pans, utensils, ect.) that made making dinner each night a breeze. Had all the comfort of being away from home.

The house was very clean and well furnished. We appreciated the extra care that went into making sure the house was clean and ready for our stay. Additionally, the kitchen was well-stocked with all the things we could possibly need. Check in was seamless, and the owners were very attentive when we needed some assistance. Check out process was likewise just as clear and simple. Our stay was fantastic, the home perfectly suited our needs, and we would love to come back in the future. We loved how centrally located the home was, making it easy to explore all parts of the Keewenaw. Thank you again for being such gracious hosts!

We enjoyed our quick trip to the Keweenaw to move our sons into Tech. Such a fun place to stay. Loved the charm and character. Would definitely stay again. This is the perfect home base for easily exploring all of the Keweenaw.

Perfect location!

Our stay was comfortable and quiet. Perfect location-we visited Calumet, Houghton, Copper Harbor, and surrounding areas. Spent several hours at Gratiot River Park rock hunting at Lake Superior. So many things to do! Home was clean, kitchen, bath/shower, laundry supplies were well stocked. Comfortable bedrooms. Wild flowers all around. The perfect home and location for any age!

Perfect for us! Quiet neighborhood away from the noise of town or the highway. This place was clean and inviting. Beds were comfortable(bring your own pillows). Very good choice for the price! We spent very little time at the home but its location gave us access to the entire Keweenaw for hiking and exploring all that this beautiful place has to offer.

Winter Visit

House is clean and well stocked with kitchen needs. Neighborhood is quiet and saw some turkeys each morning. Negative is the stairs, to the basement and upstairs, very narrow and you have to crouch to not hit your head. Also suggest the hosts would just post check out instructions on the fridge or table vs messaging you everyday. Signal isn’t the best everywhere in the Keweenaw and seeing messages everyday made me think something was wrong when we weren’t at the house. A vent fan or some type of scent absorber would be a suggestion in the bathroom. Beds were comfy but pillows were extra thick. Overall good stay.

Nice place in the heart of the Keweenaw!

We had a small group vacation to mount bohemia and this location served us very well. The kitchen was shocked with almost everything you could need for cooking and preparing meals. The beds are quite comfortable. Certainly would stay here again!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Hosts were responsive and helpful, the house was exactly as pictured, we truly have no complaints! We stayed for a snowmobile trip and the trails were close by as well as a gas station and a couple spots to eat.

Copper Country Visit

Good location for our visit. Super clean, including spotless kitchen and bathroom. Motion activated outdoor lighting was very convenient when coming and going in the dark. Convenient driveway parking right near the entrance.

Lovely Keweenaw

We had a wonderful stay in Allouez. It was a great kick off place to explore the area. Had a wonderful hike at Estivant Pines. The home was very clean, well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The only negative for us because we are older wa the fact that the 2 bedrooms were on the 2nd floor and the bathroom was on the first floor.
