“Great location. Now the rest....If you're looking for a quiet place to stay in Houston, this is not it. Granted our stay was over Halloween weekend, but seeing that there are bars and clubs less than a block away leads me to believe that it's all the time. I guess I can say that the one good thing about this property is the comfortable beds. But bring earplugs because nights are extremely noisy. The No Party and Quiet Hours per the rules on the booking make it sound like it may be a quiet place...

“I have stayed at many different VRBO locations, and I have to say that this was one of the best. The thoughtfulness of the host was out of this world. From the fresh baked bread, to the continental breakfast, to the snacks and hot tub, this place had it all. I look forward to going back in the future.”

“This was a cozy-feeling place! My two boys and I stayed here while our floors were worked on. As soon as we walked it, you could smell the "clean!" It was very nice, and also required some open windows for a bit. :) I absolutely loved that it has food in cupboard; it makes the home feel "normal." It also has shampoo and conditioner in the main bathroom. Love the Swiss Miss, oatmeal, and spiced apple cider packets. Cupboards have flour, salt, sugar, Saran wrap, tens of seasonings. Love the kids...

“House was spotless and super clean. Very thankful that the lights were on for our very late arrival. Amenities were great. We especially liked the towels and the bedsheets. Overall I was very impressed with the property and will most likely see if it is available next time we visit Tacoma.”

“Visited family locally for Christmas. Pros: we enjoyed the location, fireplace and comfortable beds. Toys for the littles was nice. Cons: lots of deferred maintenance and cleanliness was lacking. Back deck blinds missing (limited privacy) and multiple blinds throughout the property were damaged/missing. Clean towels had hair on them and floors were dirty. No bath soap or body wash. Limited toilet paper. Dryer took several cycles to dry. Dishes in cupboards were dirty and non stick surfaces...
