Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is beautiful, view is perfect. Just a 20ish minute drive from Gunnison or CB. Weather was perfect durning our stay, beautiful and snowy.. Cabin was clean and had everything one would need for your stay. The only downfall were the beds. Could not get comfy in either bed. We had to purchase an inexpensive topper to get somewhat of a decent sleep, especially after a day of skiing. Other than that all else was great. I would definitely recommend if the bed situation was rectified.

Super nice!

Everything was great except our fire pit was full of water and I called the front desk to see if they could clean it out and they said” they would contact maintenance to clean it so that we could use it but they never did clean it. We didn’t get to enjoy a campfire!

The sound of a river

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent three nights in #61 the Mickey Finn. Each morning we opened the windows and feasted on the sound of the Taylor. Things are a little cramped but everything we needed was there (except salt and pepper). At 6'2.5" I could even stand straight up in the shower. We found Crested Butte, Taylor Reservoir and Gunnison easy to get to, The hiking was good, the scenery amazing and I landed some rainbows in the reservoir. We may even come back in two weeks to see the Aspens in color. PS If you are over 4' tall don't go upstairs except to sleep.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I stayed here for a quick and quiet weekend getaway and it was wonderful. We’ve stayed at the Three Rivers Resort in the past and have always enjoyed the location, the cleanliness of the cabins, and helpfulness of the staff. It was a short drive to Crested Butte which provided me with excellent snowboarding and my wife enjoyed spending some quiet time in the cabin. The view of the river was beautiful. My only complaint would have to be the hardness of one of the mattresses where we stayed this time. It felt more like sleeping on a board vs a bed. We ended up sleeping on the other mattresses in the loft which were more comfortable so in the end it all worked out and we enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mixed review. We stayed in cabin 59 in 2020, loved it. Our daughter got engaged that day and we celebrated there. On 7-Feb I booked cabin 59 again because of the large lawn area, open view of the river and memories we made. I know all cabins are the same. I booked 59 for the site. We spend our time outsidePROS: Cabin was very clean. Housekeeping is great. Rafting front desk, great + our guide Mitch, who we requested for this year, just like in 2020CONS: received an email a week before arriving that final payment was due on cabin 61. We booked 59! Apparently a switch was made several months ago but I never was notified of this at that time?! I contacted the resort and was told that I should have made a note that I wanted 59... I didn’t see I should have made a note when I specifically booked 59. Felt like “it was my fault we were switched out of 59.” I was told that you all would see what could be done. When I arrived on 17-Jun, nothing changed, we were still in 61. I was upset & asked is there anything you could do. Michelle said she would contact the GM and get back to us. After 3 days, no contact. There were ~4 cabins surrounding cabins 60 and 61, two on each side, all in a group who moved three picnic tables together in front of one of the cabins. Our neighbors in 60 didn’t have a picnic table nor access to a fire pit. We offered they use ours, they did. When my wife mentioned the three tables to the front desk they said that it wasn’t true, she was wrong, that each cabin has their own table. The large group was up until at least 11 making noise and walking on the river side of our cabin all evening. The next morning a nice maintenance guy separated the tables. I don’t know why cabin 59 was booked as part of a larger group when we were put in the middle versus putting them at one end? Also, not all cabins were even sold out during our stay. It just felt like we were put last in everything that happened and nothi

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at 3 rivers resort a total of 11 times since 2010 and would be alot more if personal issues allowed. The location is perfect as it is located 10 minutes out of Gunnison which allows for less crowds and the resort is on the Taylor river with immediate access to river/lake fishing, fly fishing, raftinghiking, biking, hunting (in the fall) and any other outdoor activity 1 could want to do. The cabin was complete with all your needs to cook, relax, sleep.
