“Very helpful Reception service, great view from the balcony, comfortable beds and free coffee available. The bathroom area was a bit too narrow and if your neighbors are noisy, you will here them easily as the walls are very thin. However, we were lucky and the night was pretty quiet. Overall great stay for the fare we got. ”

“Best service and welcoming. Historic Hotel in perfect conditions: cleaning and maintenance. Very comfortable rooms with all the essentials. Good breakfast with a nice selection of different products. Great locations with amazing views, 5min walk to Crans Montana main street with shops and restaurants. "My experience was somewhat disappointing, as it is considered one of the best hotels in Montreux and the service and facilities left something to be desired, starting with the room, which is quite simple and lacks basic amenities such as heated floors, or even carpeting, since in this cold season it is quite uncomfortable to get out of bed to go to the bathroom and find the floor so cold, and when you get out of the shower you feel immensely cold. The attention of the staff in general also leaves a lot to be desired, since sometimes they are not even friendly."
