“Pros: Stefano is very nice and helpful. Apartment was clean and spacious with lots of windows and doors for natural light. Lots of towels provided.Cons: Although ad says oven, dishwasher, cooktop, etc. and these are all provided, one cannot use more than a single appliance at time without tripping the electrical circuits for the entire apartment. Twice we were in the dark when we turned on the cooktop and the vent fan or oven at the same time. One should not plan to do much cooking here. ...

“We chose Hotel Montegrino Lake View largely because of the Expedia photographs and reviews, which created an impression of a modern hotel with good facilities and beautiful views. Unfortunately, our experience was very different.
To be fair, our room was clean and the lake view from the balcony was lovely. However, the hotel itself was very basic, dated and tired, with little décor or comfort. There was no shower gel or hand soap, and the bedding consisted of sheets and an old brown blanket...
