“The room was perfect for our stay. Clean and had everything we needed. Communication was a 10! Wish we were able to enjoy getting in the pool, it was closed because of the city, not because of the property. We were able to sit around the pool and it was nice. There are many places to eat at within walking distance. The covered parking is a plus!! Would stay here again.”

“Needs some care outside the front and back of house. We purchased a curtain for the backdoor and left it there. On arrival, the smoke detector had been taken down and thrown outside of the house There were 2 dirty pans in oven These things were annoying . Otherwise the house was an OK place to stay.”

“Pros: The host, Kimone, was excellent with communication. She called right back when I tried to call her for additional information. Free WiFi. The condo was very clean. The decor was cute. The bed was huge, plenty of room to move. The location was 15 or so minutes away from Buckhead and 30 minutes away from Duluth. It's a quiet, safe neighborhood. “The first thing I noticed when I walked in around 3 AM the day I arrived, was the smell of ammonia or urine. After inspecting the place, I noticed there was dust, dirt and grime all over...especially the upper level which contains the two bedrooms and bathrooms.
