The negative: Can't access with car, the road is so tight and there is always car parked blocking access resulting in at least 2 block or more walk both uphill and downhill with heavy bags from our trip. “Mixed review here. The pros - spectacular hotel grounds, beautiful design, peaceful setting, amazing view. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure guests were happy. Breakfast was good. Pool is beautiful. The kids club is great and was a favorite for young ones. The cons - rooms are very basic. Nothing special about them. “There’s NO service at all. Paying $850 usd per night and there’s no staff to carry your luggage, park the car, any help at all. The property it’s very bad conditions and it will get worst. Ther no maintenance at all. The food it’s very low quality and not presentable. ”
