“The location was excellent. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was just as described and exceeded our expectations. Sara contacted us when a storm knocked out electric and wifi for a bit and kept us updated. The home is warm and is kind of a step back in time but up to date at the same time. The guest apartment is a bonus as well as the balcony. We have stayed at many Vrbo homes and some were great and others just okay. But we will definitely visit this one again. It is a gem. ”

“The property host was easy to get a hold of and addressed issues quickly. There wasn’t a coffee pot in the cottage when we arrived, so I alerted the host and he provided a new one that evening. When I alerted him that the A/C wasn’t working he did refund for the last two nights. He was apologetic and tried to have it fixed immediately, however he was not able to. Not for lack of effort. The only downsides were, the backyard property and yard surrounding the cottage needed to be cleaned up....
