“Erst bei Ankunft am Appartementhotel fanden wir einen Hinweis an der Tür, den Schlüssel im Haupthotel abzuholen, ca. 4 km entfernt! Eine vorherige Information daüber per Mail hätten uns den Umweg erspart. Das Appartement war geräumig und sauber, der Küchenbereich gut ausgestattet. Die Betten, der Sitzbereich und das Badezimmer waren in Ordnung. Hat alles was man auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Parkplätze sind auf dem Gelände genügend vorhanden. Das Appartementhotel liegt ca. 4 km...

"the stay was for business purposes. pros: Parking lot outside and 24 hours checkin cons: very bad customer service, they never answer the phone, they refused to reimburse our second reservation. we explained that our customer changed our meeting date and they refused to change or reimburse the second night. I will never comeback to this Hotel."
