Apartamentos en Altiplano Occidental

“I came to Sarnai hoping for a peaceful and restorative stay, but unfortunately the experience did not match what was advertised. The biggest issue was the misrepresentation of the environment. The photos online show a serene natural setting with nature views, but in reality the entire complex is currently a large construction site. There was constant drilling, hammering, and workers walking directly outside my room from morning until late afternoon. This was not “minimal noise” as the hotel...

“Loved the place ! Clean, modern, has everything you need!”

“Las personas que nos atendieron fueron muy amables y el lugar es bastante limpio y seguro. Nos encanto!”

“The place was great. The only negative was trying to arrive. The given address confused the Uber drivers every time and put us on the street above the actual location. The stove was not functioning. The owner should check before guest arrive ”

“Exclente en los siguientes aspectos: limpieza, comodidad, localización, servicio del anfitrión. No hay ningun aspecto negativo. Lo MEGA recomiendo y seguro volveré. ”

“El apartamento tenia los platos sucios, las camas son terriblemente duras y el ruido es tan insoportable que nos fuimos un dia antes”

“This is a great and clean property felt like it was my home. Host communicated effectively always answered any questions I had and was able to accommodate to my needs. It was a safe and local to the city of xela lots of shopping places nearby. Great amenities such as gym roof top terrace, workplace station and excellent WiFi. Right now where I stayed there was construction and so it was loud early in the morning and late evenings. There is no air conditioning while the place is not hot...

“Nice place”

“Todo bien la estadia gracias”

“First off, I will highlight the good. The location of this place is PERFECT and the view is absolutely spectacular. The host was also extremely friendly and helpful. Now for the bad. The place is what I would call a “landlord special”. It’s in horrible condition. The shower was broken and leaking so bad that it here were about six towels on the floor keeping the bathroom from flooding. When we arrived, the floor was not clean — it was covered in dirt, hair, crumbs, etc. The furniture, the doors,...

“Relación precio pésimo, apartamento demasiado deteriodado, sin alfombra de baño, si toallas de area de picina, camas, sabanas, shampoo y javon de lo mas correinte”

“Host was wonderful, easy check-in and check-out process. Clean space, but accommodation did not include TV as pictured. Did not completely meet expectations as in pictures. However, views are beautiful!”

“It is set out as a Luxury apartment but can't really qualify as such. It is nice, but quite noisy as it is right next to a restaurant with live music. Also quite smelly from all the restaurants' grey water just flowing into the lake outside the windows. The bathroom is also very damp with mold on the walls. Everything else was good though, and the hosts were very responsive.”
