Ideal starting point for hikes, walks and excursions.The rooms in the holiday home:* Three bedrooms with double beds (with views of the lake and mountain panorama!).* Two single rooms.* Small, modern kitchen: electric cooker with oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, small dishwasher.* Cosy dining room.* Spacious living room with large panoramic window with magnificent lake and mountain views, TV with SAT-TV, radio.* Large, covered panoramic balcony with dining table and chairs.* Separate toilet with washbasin.* a bathroom with shower and washbasin.* In the attic there is a second, smaller bathroom (attic) with bath, washbasin and WC.(For bookings of less than 5 persons, not all bedrooms or the second bathroom in the attic are available).Central heating throughout the house.Internet WLAN / WIFI free of charge for our guests.Non-smoking house.Everyone will find their favourite spot in the spacious garden (approx. 2,600m²).
