“Wow, what an absolutely fabulous place! It’s exactly what we hoped for - peace and tranquility.
The staff are superb and cannot do enough for you. The most instagram worthy place I have ever been to!
Of note for those planning a trip, we stayed in the ‘low season’ (I.e. July/August). The hotel was only 20-30% full which made the stay feel even more intimate. We guess people are put off by the temperatures in Marrakesh, however it’s at least 5-10 degrees cooler in the mountains. Our stay was...
“Hele prettige omgeving schoon en stuk voor stuk heel beleefd en vriendelijk personeel.. de eerste kamer beviel ons niet we hadden het idee dat de foto’s van de kamer in de advertentie niet overeen kwamen met de kamer zelf, maar we kregen dag later direct een upgrade naar een luxere kamer zonder extra kosten.
Als advies zou ik zeggen boek pas vanaf de luxury suite of beter want de bedden in die kamers zijn ook veel beter dan bijvoorbeeld in de king suite..

“Mal. Directamente nos fuimos. El baño no tenía puerta y era mínimo. La habitación estaba Toda derruida. El wifi no andaba y la electricidad solo se da por un par de horas. Hay muchos hoteles en la zona y en Tinihir está lleno, no son nada caros. Ni vaya, por ese precio tiene cosas mucho mejores, es una lástima que en esta época se sigan ofreciendo este tipo de cosas. La página lo tendría que sacar de oferta.”

“Good communication, very nice staff, beautifully decorated Kasbah in the mountains. Good food and overall very good experience. The only thing is the entrance and parking! Very tight and steep rocky driveway, not obvious at all. Have someone guide you in if possible. Would 100% go back if given the chance”
“Beautiful room and pool. Easy walk to lake and village. Staff very friendly and willing to help but we would have appreciated some details in the room about organisational issues eg that water would not be replaced in the room but was readily available at the bar.

From the moment we arrived to departure we were treated exceptionally well by all the staff at the hotel who were friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful in every way. “Situated in the foothills of The High Atlas Mountains, with stunning views towards the snow capped Mountains beyond the wonderful manicured lawns and gardens. The hotel is built of local red sandstone and is beautifully laid out. Pool too cold in Jan but looks fabulous.
Food on our visit was relatively limited choice; we stayed 1 nightwith a 40 minute drive from Marrakech (local hotel transfer 270 DAM each way)
