- No smoking anywhere inside or outside the home within 50 feet of the Cabin
- No events
- Propane tanks will need to be refilled. If heat or hot water stops let us know and we can switch them. We have staff on site to do so
- ⁠Water tanks will be emptied by our team. We will take care of this but if it backs up let us know and we will address it.
- ⁠please use electric heaters as much as possible and not the heat system to save propane
- ⁠Water lines may freeze in sub freezing temperatures so please run water in the sink at night.

Mechanical failures happen every now and then and are rare. Unfortunately, no refund or rate adjustment shall be made for unforeseen mechanical failures such as electricity, phone service, water, tubs, air conditioning, TV, wifi, appliances, pool, spa, etc. We do have technicians on call and will do our best to get any mechanical failures repaired as soon as possible
