Have stayed in various Holiday Inn Express, never let me down, always very good service from the staff. A special thank you to polite and courteous staff Chelsea at reception for helping me tremendously in booking our room, when I was let down by a nearby hotel who had messed up my reservation. ”

“Good hotel like most of Holiday Inn Express. However this time the room was not as clean as you would expect for a +85 Pound/night hotel. The desk in the room was sticky with plenty of marks from previous guests. So was the mirror in the bathroom with written messages that showed up with the shower steam which proves the room had not been cleaned as you would expect. All rest of things were perfect. Just a cleaning issue this time. Room a bit noisy being so close to the motorway but was not a...
