While the grounds and lake were great (the only reason for the 3 stars) the home left a little to be desired for the price. Fan in bathroom halfway hanging out of the ceiling, doorknobs on vanity in bathroom came right off when trying to open, curtains over sliding doors were ripped off the grommets, shower head leaking and spraying everywhere, bedside light didn’t work, and outdoor motion light didn’t work. And seeing as how there are no porch lights on the side or driveway this was major. We almost ran into the low roof over garage multiple times. Also heat lamps in garage hung right over insulation batting I’m assuming to keep pipes from freezing. I only saw this because the garbage bags tapped over the downstairs bedroom window which looks into the garage had fallen down. That is a huge fire hazard! Disappointing as these are all very inexpensive things to fix. Attention to detail is important!
