The Space:

Set on an open plateau among the vineyards of northern Portugal, this private villa pairs the clean lines of exposed-concrete architecture with the quiet soul of a restored country estate. Five en-suite bedrooms, each finished with hand-selected materials, are arranged to grant absolute privacy among all guests. The main living room rises in double-height volume, with floor-to-ceiling glass that dissolves the line between inside and garden. The fully equipped designer kitchen is the perfect stage for private chefs or for guests themselves. The dining room, with a table for up to ten, looks directly onto the vines. Outdoors, the heated infinity pool* stretches over the horizon. A covered terrace with barbecue, a fire-pit patio, shaded loungers, and a private bar built into an antique wine barrel invite long, unhurried stays.



*Pool heating is available at an additional cost of €70 per day, with a minimum stay of 5 days. Requests must be made at least 4 days in advance.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire property, including the heated infinity pool, the gardens, and all interior amenities of the villa. To ensure a truly comfortable and personalized experience, the Portugal Active concierge service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, ready to fulfill any request — from arranging private wine experiences and regional activities to booking private chefs, premium transfers, or bespoke exclusive services. We kindly ask that any additional service be requested at least 72 hours in advance.



Important notes:

- During high season (May to October), the pool is regularly serviced to ensure the best possible guest experience.

- During low season (November to April), the pool is closed.

- Pool heating is available at an additional cost of €70 per day, with a minimum stay of 5 days. Requests must be made at least 4 days in advance.

In Amarante, the iconic São Gonçalo Bridge over the Tâmega River, the 16th-century São Gonçalo Church and Monastery, the Amadeo de Souza-Cardoso Museum, and the conventual pastries that made the town famous. Close by, tastings at historic Vinho Verde estates, hiking and gastronomy in the Serra do Marão, day trips to the Douro Valley, Gerês National Park, or downtown Porto.
