“The accommodation is very clean, free hot drinks while we stayed and staff very nice, it could do with a lick of paint in certain areas. The location is amazing for walking to both Grasmere and Ambleside. We went to the local pub to watch the badgers. The grounds of Rydal Hall are beautiful and include the grot and a waterfall, Would stay again.”
“Great cosy feel place to stay. Staff and service were really good, and food (breakfast and dinner) was fabulous. Restaurant staff were attentive, polite and ran the whole show with military precision, well done! Only downside, we were in room 2 and next door (room 3?) had their TV on at night which felt like it was in our room, so walls perhaps quite thin, as we could hear it all. Other than that great place with easy parking too. ”
