“Seth really communicated and worked with me after a previous host disrespectfully trashed the location near my friends wedding venue. The new location was further but not too bad! I really appreciated the location being in between the city and the wedding venue so I could explore the city! Thank you Seth!”

“It was a quiet neighborhood and a good place for couples. Parking wasn’t a problem. However, it wasn’t clean to my standards. The fridge was dirty, the blinds had dust everywhere, we found a condom wrapper under the bed, and a cigarette under the chest. Also, the desk chair and the toilet was wobbly. The lights in the kitchen flicker and sometimes turn off. Overall, we enjoyed the stay but there were just little things that could’ve been better.”

“We enjoyed so much about our stay and would be happy to rent this location again! The house has a great vibe and is well cared for. Excellent kitchen supplies - which was helpful since we like to cook. Spent a lot of time sitting on the deck side porch. The side porch was delightful on a rainy afternoon. We took lots of walks in the neighborhood, and one day drove 2 min to a Wasson Way trailhead for a longer walk. The driveway was steeper than I realized from the picture, which took some...

“We were very pleased with our stay! We visit Cincy a couple times a year and this was the first time we were able to bring our two pups. The place was perfect for us and exactly what was listed. We will be booking this stay again for sure!”

“We had wonderful stay at Danny & Nicole's house. The place is stocked with k-cups, cream and sugar and light snacks, etc. - a very important touch that makes a big difference! Convenient location in Oakley/Hyde Park. The place has been remodeled thoughtfully and the investment is clear. We wish we had a chance to enjoy the outdoor space more as it rained most of the time we were there. Would stay again...”

“Happy abouut the most part the cleanleness but very upset about the backyard being not being mowed mowed and headges cleaned up. The driveway will scrape your cars bumper because the step angle and the back door to the stairs before going out wont shut completely unless deadbolted. A gas leak was reported but no call from landlord when asked when my dogs were still in there.”

“While this is an older house, it was pretty well maintained, and decorated. HVAC worked well, kitchen was fairly well stocked, bedrooms and bathrooms were nice with pretty new fixtures and furniture. View out back of golf course is nice. There were some toys for children, which was nice. Lots of space in this house. Neighborhood was quiet, but street is very tight. Lots of cars parked on the street all day long.Host was very responsive.”
